How to connect Xero to OEMVex (Team & Fleet)

Sync OEMVex invoices to Xero with OAuth — available on Team and Fleet plans with plan entitlements enabled.

  1. Confirm your plan includes Xero sync (Team or Fleet).
  2. Open Settings → Xero and click Connect to Xero.
  3. Authorise OEMVex in Xero and pick the organisation if you have several.
  4. Push invoices from the invoice screen — customer mapping uses your OEMVex customer records.

MTD direct submit via HMRC API is separate and on our roadmap.
