How to schedule jobs on the OEMVex calendar

Plan work on the jobs calendar — field staff see assignments on the dashboard and Jobs list on their phone.

  1. Open Jobs → Calendar from the sidebar.
  2. Click a day or drag to create a job — pick customer, time window, and status.
  3. Assign team members so the job shows on their schedule.
  4. Staff sign in on mobile and open Today or Jobs — same app as the office, no separate portal app.
