How to open a support ticket in OEMVex

Step-by-step: contact the OEMVex team from Support → Contact support and follow the conversation in one place.

  1. Sign in at oemvex.com/login with your company code.
  2. Open Support → Contact support in the sidebar (or the menu on your phone).
  3. Tap New ticket, enter a clear subject (e.g. “WhatsApp quotes not sending”).
  4. Describe what happened, what you expected, and any error messages. Include job or invoice numbers if relevant.
  5. Submit — status shows With OEMVex support until we reply. You’ll get an email if we need more detail (when mail is configured on our side).
  6. When we reply, open the ticket from My tickets, read the message, and use Reply to continue the thread.
  7. Mark Closed when you’re sorted, or open a new ticket for a different issue.
