- Sign in at oemvex.com/login with your company code.
- Open Support → Contact support in the sidebar (or the menu on your phone).
- Tap New ticket, enter a clear subject (e.g. “WhatsApp quotes not sending”).
- Describe what happened, what you expected, and any error messages. Include job or invoice numbers if relevant.
- Submit — status shows With OEMVex support until we reply. You’ll get an email if we need more detail (when mail is configured on our side).
- When we reply, open the ticket from My tickets, read the message, and use Reply to continue the thread.
- Mark Closed when you’re sorted, or open a new ticket for a different issue.
