- Go to Settings → Integrations and add your OpenAI or Gemini API key.
- Open AI in the sidebar and describe the job in chat, e.g. “Quote Mrs Smith bathroom reseal £180 plus VAT”.
- Review the draft quote before sending — you are responsible for final prices shown to customers.
- On any open quote, use Suggest price on a line for an AI-generated item and amount.
Smart Quote AI is included on all plans; API usage is billed by your AI provider.
