Your assistant shares one monthly pool of AI credits. Most commands use fixed app actions (free); credits apply mainly to AI-backed work:
- 1 credit — each AI instruction (e.g. drafting a new quote, recall, complex note parsing)
- Free — schedule job, update customer phone/email, today’s jobs, create invoice, send, record payment on job/invoice/quote/on account, chase invoice, and similar
- Speak — 1 credit per minute; speech under 30 seconds is free
Credits per plan (reset each calendar month): Solo 75 · Crew 200 · Team 650 · Fleet 2,500. Extra packs from £3.49 (30 credits).
Tip: Combine steps in one instruction — e.g. “Invoice job 12, add Labour £80, WhatsApp the PDF” — instead of three separate messages.
Buy extra packs under Settings → Your assistant. AI is included — you do not add API keys in the normal app.
